Our Fees & Cancellation Policy:

This policy outlines our fees for supervision services and our cancellation policy. A copy of this policy will be provided at the time of entering a supervisory arrangement and the provision of supervision will be subject to the supervisee’s agreement to this Fees and Cancellation Policy.

Fees:

Individual EMDR Consultation

One-on-one. 55 mins.

$230 incl GST.

Please note: Carolyn can also provide supervision for those going through the registrar program towards becoming an Organisational Psychologist.

Cancellation Policy

Where a Supervisee provides a short-notice cancellation or does not attend a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Notice is to be given via email.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 48 hours’ notice before the agreed appointment – No cancellation fee will be charged.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice but more than 5 hours from the appointment time will attract a charge of 50% of the session fee.

• Less than 5 hours’ notice or Non-attendance without notice - 100% of the session fee will be charged

• Extenuating circumstances - At the discretion of the practice

Where we must cancel an agreed appointment, we will provide reasonable notice (where possible) and the appointment will be rescheduled to a time suitable to both parties.

Supervisees will be billed the day of supervision, with an invoice being sent to the supervisee via email. The preferred payment method is bank transfer. Details are provided on the invoice.
