❱ Supervision Fees & Cancellation Policy

Provision of supervision will be subject to the supervisee's agreement to this Fees & Cancellation Policy.

Where a Supervisee provides a short-notice cancellation or does not attend a scheduled appointment, Carolyn reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Notice is to be given via email.

❱ More than 48 hours’ notice before the agreed appointment: No cancellation fee will be charged.

❱ Less than 24 hours' notice but more than 5 hours from the appointment time: A charge of 50% of the session fee applies.

❱ Less than 5 hours’ notice or non-attendance without notice: 100% of the session fee will be charged.

❱ Extenuating circumstances: At the discretion of the practice.

If Carolyn must cancel an agreed appointment, she will provide reasonable notice (where possible) and the appointment will be rescheduled to a time suitable for both parties.

Supervisees will be billed the day of supervision, with an invoice sent via email. The preferred payment method is bank transfer; details are provided on the invoice. Payment is required within 7 days.
